Bullnose Subs

SlimDril offer the drilling contractor a market leading spiral bull nose for push reaming and sea outfall applications Typically clients run the bull nose 1” smaller than the pilot bit.

Our Bullnose subs are manufactured from a one piece billet of AISH4145 material. The Bullnose incorporates spiral side legs with either TCI or PDC inserts, a selection of rear facing nozzles and an offset centre nozzle to assist with agitating cuttings. SlimDril offer front cutters if required, 4, 5 or 6 blade options and a variety of thread types and overall lengths to suit your applications.
